What does it mean to be a disciple?
Being a disciple of Jesus Christ is the choice to follow him. In following him, we live out his desires knowing that they are best for our lives and the lives of those around us, even when his desires seem or feel difficult. This choice to follow Jesus is truly an unforced decision that comes out of our love for Jesus, our desire to accept his gift of salvation. We're willing to let Jesus call the shots in our lives.
And still, after reading all of those words, many of us still don't get it.

So we're committed to helping everyone who wants to follow Jesus learn what that looks like, as we spend time with Jesus and in community with one another.

Here at TPC, we're excited to continue together through Deep Calling in a small group format. This 12-week journey will help us to better discern God's voice and the fundamental pieces of discipleship to which God calls us.

Our next Deep Calling group will begin to meet in January 2027.
Deep Calling: on being and growing disciples is a wholistic discipleship movement – discipleship and disciple-making that emphasizes a life-long process, not a destination. It’s about making space for God in the every day, bearing witness to transformation in the ordinary. It’s about knowing truth and experiencing Truth. It’s about learning to listen to the voice of God. It’s about satisfying your longing with the only One who can satisfy your soul. All are invited. All are welcome to answer the deep call of God.
