Alan DeSilva
Senior Pastor
Alan DeSilva is a Pastoral Evangelist. He has been in ministry for 30 years and has a passion in connecting people to Jesus. He has travelled extensively in connection with the gospel. He has preached in; Bermuda, USA, Canada, Ecuador, Jamaica, Israel, Australia, and India. He has led tours in Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Greece and the Greek Isles. He has also traveled through Germany retracing the footsteps of the Reformation.
He is married to Nirmala and they have two adult children, Philip and Julia. Pastor DeSilva is a servant leader who has a burning desire to see the Adventist Church receive the latter rain so the gospel summons can soon be finished.
His motto for life: The will of God, nothing more, nothing less and nothing else.

Fred Warfield
Executive Pastor
Pastor Fred Warfield, was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Southern New Jersey. While pursuing a degree in medicine, he attended a NET Evangelism seminar at his local church and felt a strong calling on his life. After much prayer, he accepted God's call and transferred down to Oakwood College (now University) where he completed his degree in theology.
Soon after he felt God leading him to work in the area of youth, and completed his Masters degree in Youth Ministry from the Seminary at Andrews University. Pastor Fred has worked with youth in various capacities all over the United States and abroad, having served most recently as a Chaplain and Bible Teacher in California. He is convicted that God has called him to mobilize and to lead this army of youth to finish the work here on the earth, and to prepare the for the return of Jesus!
He is married to his best friend Lindzie and has two precious little girls, Pheobe and Michaela.
Jeff Taylor
Discipleship Pastor
Pastor Jeff Taylor began his ministry in Virginia in 1983 and has served up and down the Shenandoah Valley in a variety of churches, most recently at Stanley and Luray in Page County.
Jeff and his wife, Dawn, both graduated from Washington Adventist University – Jeff with a degree in Religion and Psychology; and Dawn with a degree in Mathematics, which she has utilized as an educator.
Jeff and Dawn have four children: Ashley, who is married and living in Taipei; Jordan, who works and attends college near Charlottesville; Evan, a senior nursing student at Southern Adventist University; and Emily, a business major at Southern Adventist University who is serving this year as a student missionary in Pohnpei.
Pastor Taylor seeks above all else to live and model a Christ/Cross-centered life and ministry, believing that all of life becomes crystal clear when seen through the prism of the cross. He loves to share and proclaim God’s grace and mercy as revealed through Jesus Christ and His cross. One of his favorite texts in the Bible is Galatians 6:14: “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.”
Jeff loves music of all kinds, and playing golf - especially with his two sons. He also likes to garden and cook and is known to make a pretty good homemade pizza.
